Build any survey in minutes
The onesurvey builder gives you everything you need to create structured, professional surveys without writing a line of code. Drag questions in, set your rules, and publish — your field team sees the updated survey the next time they sync.
Most teams build and publish their first survey within 20 minutes of signing up.

Multi-page surveys
Long surveys are easier to complete when they're broken into logical sections. onesurvey lets you organise questions across multiple pages — each with its own title and description. Surveyors see a progress indicator so they always know where they are.
Answer validation
Mark any question as required. Set numeric ranges, restrict text formats, or enforce selection limits. Surveyors cannot proceed past a page until required fields are filled — so your dataset arrives clean, without follow-up calls to fill in gaps.
- Required fields — block submission until answered
- Numeric range — min and max value enforcement
- Selection limits — at least, at most, or exactly N choices
- File constraints — allowed file types and size limits
- Time constraints — min and max time bounds
- Date constraints — restrict to specific date ranges
Question randomisation
Eliminate sequence bias by shuffling question order per respondent. You can randomise at the question level within a page, or randomise the order of pages themselves. Standard practice in market research and academic studies — simple to enable in onesurvey.
